Dr. Joni Collins- Ricketts is a Doctor of Medical Science and a Board Certified Physician Assistant that has been practicing since 2006. She graduated with Doctor of Medical Science from Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee in 2019. Her research focused on the relationship between aesthetics and psychology and outcomes of the oncology patient when coupled with aesthetic and behavioral therapy (specifically cognitive behavioral therapy) .


Dr. Collins Ricketts is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University. Her Bachelor of Arts Degree is from Flagler College in Saint Augustine. Her areas of expertise include inpatient psychiatric medical management, outpatient rehabilitation and medical management, cognitive behavioral therapy, anxiety and depression with a clinical focus on binge eating disorders, facial plastic head and neck surgery, pediatric craniomalfomation, reproductive endocrinology, cardiology, and internal medicine. 


During her free time, Dr. Collins - Ricketts enjoys assisting uninsured patients through her mobile medical clinic, Twelve Twenty Eight Mobile Wellness. This traveling Airstream specializes in integrative medicine and scar therapy. Dr. Collins Ricketts enjoys staying active with her family. She especially loves fishing and hiking outdoors with her fiancé and their children. She is also an active member of the professional cheerleader alumni association.
