Hi! I'm Lexie!
 
I'm a licensed counselor in Florida, a mom to three great kids, a recovered Postpartum Depression and Postpartum OCD ​mom, and the founder of Her Hope Behavioral Health. 

For the last 16 years I've worked with women working hard to recover from addiction; women struggling through trauma, anxiety, depression, and reproductive concerns (PCOS, endometriosis, menopause); women dealing with infertility and pregnancy loss; and moms working to recover from anxiety, depression, and OCD during pregnancy and after baby.
 
My passion is helping women navigate through new motherhood, whether it be for the first time or the fourth time, and help birthing individuals learn identity after pregnancy loss. I also help moms learn that, while the postpartum period and/or pregnancy loss can feel incredibly lonely, it doesn't have to be. I'm here to help you heal and to help you create a network of support so that you know you're not alone!

Some of my favorite things are hearing my kids laugh, playing outside with my kids, spending time with my family, and listening to music.
