New Moms Anxiety Therapy Group

Anxiety is a part of everyday life. It can even be healthy to have some anxiety. But, for some new moms, sometimes that healthy anxiety can become something more. Something that takes over and stops us from being the kind of moms we want to be. 1 out of 7 new moms experiences perinatal anxiety (anxiety experienced as a result of pregnancy or giving birth). That's 15% of moms (or 450,00 moms) who experience perinatal anxiety every year and suffer in silence. Alone. If you fall in that 15%, this therapy group is for you!

  • You want to learn tools and tips on how to manage and overcome your anxiety as a new mom.
