I'm Natalie. As a licensed mental health counselor, I have over 10 years experience working along side clients as they overcome the many challenges of life.

 

It is my goal as your counselor to help accompany you to find the solutions and resolutions needed to move through difficulties faced. As your counselor, I will provide you with a professional yet compassionate and non-judgmental space to work towards improved use of coping skills and overall mental wellbeing. 

 

 

I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and have a strong understanding of the challenges unique to mothers, both birthing and non-birthing.
